Dankstop is the best online head shop. They offer all kind's of different insurance from delivery to even lifetime glass piece insurance on certain things you buy. For example I broke one of my glass pieces from a mystery box I purchased and I made a claim an than they gave me a code for $25

I ordered a terp pen and a rolling machine from DANKSTOP. I paid and the order was shipped in two packages. I got the rolling machine, no problem. The second shipment supposedly containing my $30 teal terp pen was late arriving and when it arrived I opened the package and found a cheap black plastic grinder. I have emailed DANKSTOP and followed directions for a return including submitting photo of wrong item and packaging. I have tried calling to no avail. They said they would be in contact with me in 24 hours as of last week and i still have heard nothing

Placed an order 5 days ago and it has not shipped out. Customer service says they just moved and would have the info sent within 24 hours.
24 hours go by and no info. They just close the ticket without another word or making sure I get the tracking info :)
I'm not going to waste my time trying to figure out if my order was sent or not, or if this business is actually backed up on fulfilling orders. From the massive negative reviews and my trash experience so far, it's not unreasonable to conclude:
Dankstop is a scam. Take your money elsewhere.
Don't spend a penny here. Go elsewhere with your money.

This vendor's site says, "All orders placed before 2pm EST ship out same day, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed after 2pm ship the following business day." Not true. No shipping, no tracking info. Completed the order verification demand, twice, and tried emailing. Only to be assigned a ticket. No one answers the phone, or calls back. Bad business.

This Company needs Shut Down !! They are in the BUISNESS of RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. TAKE A STAND AND REPORT THEM.

All of these reviews are correct. No customer service. They never send your package. Don’t waste your time. You will get ripped off.

STILL WAITING FOR MY SWITCH ! HAS BEEN OVER 10 MONTHS AND NOTHING. WAS PROMISED REPEATEDLY I WOULD RECEIVE MY ORDER AND NOT TO WORRY. HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES ! THEY CLAIM I AM OWED NOTHING. WHAT A JOKE FALSE PROMISES, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. TRY WEEDIPEDIA THEY ROCK AND CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE KEEPING THEM IN BUISNESS ! GOOD LUCK.

I purchased Three (3) each Atmos Jump from Dankriot. One of them was defective/broken upon receipt. Danky was notified, then, asked for a video of the problem which was provided. They asked for another one, and received that one also! They didn't respond ever again.
DON'T PURCHASE FROM HERE!
I searched online, and found other providers, who by the way are CHEAPER, and have REAL customer service. The Cloud Store, Portable Hookas, and The Cloud Store are more viable and safe choices.

I feel so stupid and I really wish I read the reviews before dropping $100 on this site. The site itself is very nice and easy to maneuver, it took a long time to find a bong I wanted because they had such a great selection. Now here’s where it gets strange, the site says same day shipping for every order and if ordering after 6, it’ll be shipped the next day. Okay cool! First that that was weird was how I needed to pay for insurance for my package through “Route” then a few days later it said it’s now delivering with app called Shop (why did I pay insurance to Route then) So I wait a few days then I start getting confused because I have two different apps telling me it’s been shipped then another one saying it’s waiting TO BE shipped. So I message support (they are not apologetic at all) and the person tells there’s a delay with fed ex and my order should be sent that day (GREAT!) It’s not been 6 days and it STILL HAS NOT LEFT CALIFORNIA WOW. Again, I go to support and politely just ask for a refund, (should’ve bought locally anyways.) all they said was “it’s been refunded” literally that’s it. I ask will they send me a confirmation email, he says yes. Guess what???! I haven’t gotten any email AT ALL. Literally I just want my bong. Like I know it’s Xmas and things are delayed but you can’t even blame UPS when the order just simply hasn’t been shipped out yet. Save yourself the trouble please. I’m hoping eventually I’ll get what I ordered or my money back.

Don’t ship on time even if you pay for priority. Will not combine orders even if they’re going to the same home. Terrible customer service.
